WARRANTY

Almost all of us that have purchased a used car from a dealer in the past have been issued with an insurance company underwritten warranty free of charge.  Many have enjoyed the initial reassurance and peace of mind that this brings until a claim situation arises………..

We have carefully examined many of these warranties and have decided that Mechanical Breakdown Insurance policies would not give our customers the level of cover we require.  We have taken the view that if one of our customers has a problem then it is our responsibility to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently and not a distant third party call centre.

To this end, we have resolved to underwrite our own; each vehicle will be supplied with a minimum of six months guarantee, not only on the manufacturer’s mechanical and electrical components (subject to some very fair and sensible exclusions) but also on the conversion engineer’s work.
